Wild mushroom soup
In the autumn the markets have a lot of seasonal products to offer, like wild mushrooms. For this recipe i used fresh porcini. This morning i visited the local markt in the 20th district of Vienna. This market sells all kind of stuff, but mostly food. Most of the sellers have Turkish or balkan roots, and you see that in the products they sell: Aubergines, tomatoes, watermelons and peppers.
